Private Reiki Session
Reiki meaning “universal life force energy”, is a gentle, safe, and yet powerful form of energy healing therapy that supports a balanced flow of vital life force energy in the body. Reiki is a Japanese form of relaxation and stress relief. While in a deep state of relaxation, your body is more likely to heal itself. In a reiki session, you simply lay down on a massage table and receive all the amazing healing benefits flowing from the reiki practitioners hands. The practitioner will either use light touch or hover their hands over your body. The reiki is spiritually guided so in that, the reiki practitioner does not have to diagnose or make judgement about what the client needs.
